Cybersecurity Audits

Why This Audit Exists (Reality Over Comfort)

This audit is not like a normal checklist. We check the same things that have failed in real ransomware attacks – because we have rebuilt our own companies after being completely compromised.

Our audit is based on real-world experience, where companies have done poor encryption, and we are making them repeat it.

We don't believe by speaking. Actual screenshot, log, config, or restore report of every control is required.

Identity & MFA - Prove Who Can Do What

Attackers do not crack passwords – they exploit the weakness of MFA, long-lived tokens, and permanent admin access. We map the entire identity landscape (admins, service accounts, vendors), then make privileges temporary and fully logged.

Elevated Access

Power is available only when needed – and only for a limited time.

Resilient MFA

Even if attackers trick users, MFA will not fail.

Access Intelligence

Signs of account abuse are detected early, and automated responses are triggered.

Network Segmentation & Egress - Shrink the Blast Radius

We divide the network into different segments based on business needs, where each segment only communicates with the systems it needs to. This segmentation prevents attackers from moving from one area to another. And egress controls prevent malware from communicating with external networks.

Network Segmentation & Egress - Shrink the Blast Radius
  • network icon It is almost impossible to move the attacker sideways.
  • network icon Critical systems are safe, malware cannot reach them.
  • network icon Even if malware infiltrates, it cannot connect to C2, which means the attack fails.

Backups & Immutability - Copies You Can Trust

Nowadays, the first thing attackers do is to delete or encrypt the backups. That’s why we ensure that backups are immutable, isolated, and verifiable – so that when a crisis occurs, you have clean, trusted copies available.  We don’t just check backup existence – we provide proof by restoring.

  • Immutable Backups: Even if the attacker bans the admin, he can't touch the backups.
  • Vault Copy: Air-Gapped and Off-Site: A clean, untouchable backup is always safe even in the worst-case.
  • Quarterly Landing: You know exactly “on what date the data was cleaned” – no guessing.

Logging, Detection & Evidence - What Your Insurer Will Ask For

Insurance companies don’t want “promises”; they want proof. They will see: How do you prevent attacks, how do you detect, how do you recover? So we set up logging, alerting, and evidence in your environment in such a way that the insurer gets all the answers – screenshots, logs, reports, timestamps, all automatically ready.  This evidence makes incident investigation faster and the claims process smoother.

- Control Matrix - Every Control Has Proof: This is the gold-standard evidence for the insurer.
- Logs and Alerts - Exactly What Insurers Expect: Even if a breach occurs, you have a forensic trail of every step, perfect to convince the insurer.
- Executive Briefs - Business Language, Not Technical Jargon: This is technical jargon nahi hota - business-friendly language is hoti hai jo leadership.

Vendor & MSP Access - Cooperative, Controlled, Recorded

Vendors and MSPs are there to help you – but their access is poorly designed and this is where the biggest risk lies. Therefore we make vendor/MSP access safe, time-bound, monitored, and auditable. Partner’s work also remains smooth, and your attack surface also remains safe.

  • This gives the vendor only as much access as is needed - and that too for a limited time.
  • If any unusual activity occurs, it is instantly traced.
  • Exceptions Reviewed Weekly: Yeh attackers ke favorite entry-points ko eliminate karta hai.

Recovery Drills - Practice Beats Assumption

Having a backup is one thing, but being able to do a clean restore is a completely different skill. If you haven’t tested your restore process in months, you’re just guessing at your RPO/RTO – you don’t really know. That’s why we run drills every three months that provide real-world evidence about whether a restore works, how long it takes, and how clean the restore is. These drills don’t impact production — but they do provide real-world results.

  • We test by restoring files, VMs, and databases to a separate, secure network.
  • After restoration, we do a malware scan and hash-check.
  • Then we measure RPO/RTO.
  • If the numbers fall below the target, we clearly note whose responsibility it is and when it will be fixed.
  • The last clean date is published for every system.
  • And the next recovery drill has also been scheduled.

Deliverables - What You Get, On One Page

Whatever we deliver is directly implementable, no useless documents or shelfware. You’ll receive a traffic-light scorecard for executives, a control matrix with screenshots, and a prioritised 30/60/90-day plan that your MSP and team can execute.

You get a simple traffic‑light scorecard with the status of the 5 most important security areas. This lets executives quickly know where the risk is and what action should be taken.
You get a complete binder/dossier which contains all the proof that your controls have been implemented and have also passed the recovery test.
You get a practical plan which plus a quarterly recovery drill calendar, so that readiness always remains strong.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

You don’t need perfection, you need measurable risk reduction fast. In three months, most clients reach phishing‑resistant MFA for admins, default‑deny east‑west in core networks, immutable backups across tiers, and a clean restore report in the hands of leadership. After that, the program shifts from catch‑up to cadence.

Strong MFA (Phishing-Resistant) for Admins: An Attacker cannot log in even if the password is leaked.
Network Segmentation (Default-Deny East-West): An attacker cannot compromise a machine if it is protected.
Immutable Backups Across All Tiers: You can quickly recover froma clean backup after Ransomware.

Frequently Asked Questions

Both. We provide 24/7 monitoring protection, and if there is a breach, we can handle clean restore and recovery.

This checklist is not an audit – we have tested cheeses that have failed in real ransomware attacks. Proof of every control is given (screenshots/logs/restore-report)

We have done actual restore test – clean proof has been generated by recovering files, VMs, DBs in the secure landing zone.

We can contain the breach, stop lateral movement, run clean restore, and verify immutability – without creating a new environment of malware.
