MFA & FIDO2 for Employees
Overview
Attackers find passwords to be the simplest entry point. We substitute weak factors with phishing-resistant MFA and FIDO2 keys so that logins cannot be replayed or deceived by push spam. This leads to reduced incidents, fewer password resets, and diminished fraud all without overwhelming users with authentication prompts.
Authentication Controls
The program includes MFA, FIDO2/passkeys, conditional access, and device compliance.
Phased Deployment
Implementation occurs in phases with pilots, exceptions, and defined rollback procedures.
Audit Evidence
Evidence and reports that insurers and auditors accept.
Why Phishing‑Resistant MFA Beats Pushes
Push-based MFA (like mobile “allow/deny” notifications) still poses a risk to users and companies. If an attacker sends a phishing link or creates a fake login page, the user may accidentally approve the push, and the account gets hacked. Phishing-resistant MFA and FIDO2 security keys solve this problem because login approval is only possible on the right device and right website origin. Due to this, fake websites, OTP theft, and phishing tricks fail. The attack surface seems to be reducing rapidly.
The hacker will not be able to log in even if he steals the data.
If you try to log in on a fake website or a similar domain, authentication will fail.
The hacker has nothing worth stealing, and users don't have to repeatedly approve push notifications.
Program Development (Pilot → Rollout → Enforcement)
The best way to implement strong MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is not to implement it all at once across the entire organisation, but to start with a small pilot and gradually implement it throughout the company.

-
Begin with a pilot involving IT, finance, and admins; identify edge cases and hardware requirements. -
Department utilises flagging with exception monitoring and limited-duration grace intervals. -
Implement using break‑glass accounts that are verified and recorded.
FIDO2 Keys & Passkeys
FIDO2 keys and passkeys provide a passwordless login system. With this, you can log in super fast, secure, and phishing-proof – without OTP, without SMS, without passwords. This gives full-time to attacks like SIM-swap, OTP theft, and fake login pages.
- We see the device type and select the right key.
- Users can set their own keys through a secure identity verification process.
- This control remains clean, safe, and auditable.
Conditional Access & Device Compliance
We allow access only when the device is secure and the location is trusted. High-risk apps require compliant devices, risky countries are blocked, and suspicious logins trigger extra verification automatically
Sensitive apps can only be opened when the device is safe.
Old, unsafe login paths and risky locations are automatically blocked by the system.
Risky login = extra checks. Normal login = smooth.
Privileged Access Without Permanent Admin (JIT)
Permanent admin access means giving permanent admin access to attackers, also. That’s why we use Just-In-Time (JIT) access, in which admin power is available only when needed, and that too for a limited time. This has reduced the attacker’s window to almost zero.
- Admin power is only temporary; it is approved, and it is recorded.
- For admins, there are separate, super-secure computers that use only secure tools.
- Passwords of background accounts are automatically rotated, and they are prone to misuse.

SSO Expansion and Phasing Out Legacy Protocols
Attackers always target old systems, weak logins, and outdated protocols. That’s why we expanded SSO (Single Sign-On) to more apps and banded or isolated old protocols (POP, IMAP, NTLM). This makes the login of users easier, and easy entry doors for attackers are blocked.
- We have brought as many applications as possible: under SSO, we have enforced MFA for external login.
- Attackers hijack old protocols. Therefore, where possible, old protocols are closed, and where necessary, they are kept in separate VLANs / restricted zones.
- No shared passwords - every logon has its own verified, secured login.

User Experience & Change Management
Security is successful only when users do not suffer. If the system frustrates you, you start using shortcuts and insecure bypasses. That’s why we make MFA and security changes easy, fast, and user-friendly – so adoption remains naturally high.
Setup is so easy that users do not need to ask for help.
Those who are most busiest get the fastest support.
Clear updates, no surprises - users always remain informed.
Reporting & Evidence
Proof that your controls are effective is required by underwriters and auditors. Dashboards and scheduled exports display enrollment, compliance, and exceptions. You receive a neatly organized evidence pack for audits and renewals.
Enrollment in MFA by group, blocked sign‑ins due to risk, and trends of session risk.
Logs and approvals for admin elevation; tests for break‑glass accounts.
Exportable reports with dates, screenshots, and policy IDs.
Pricing & Tiers
Choose the tier that suits your company size and schedule. All tiers include a pilot, enrollment support, and evidence reporting.
Fundamental Step
Implement phishing-proof MFA initially for administrators and high-risk positions.
Typical Phase
Org‑wide rollout, conditional access, and device compliance.
Enhanced Level
Just-in-time admin, dedicated admin workstations, and quarterly assessments.
Commonly Asked Questions
Phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO2/Passkeys) does not fail in fake websites, OTP theft, and push-fatigue attacks. Login is successful only when the correct device and correct domain match – so even if the password or OTP is stolen, access is still not available.
Backup keys are assigned, the recovery verification process occurs, and lost keys can be instantly revoked. No downtime.
Phase-out will occur where possible – if critical dependencies are isolated to a restricted network. Smooth transition plan has been given.
Yes, the setup has been kept user-friendly. Simple onboarding guide, support priority is given to busy teams, and clear communication is ensured.
