Incident Response Retainers

Why a Retainer

Once a cyber attack happens, it doesn’t stop – causing minute-to-minute damage. So retainer means: A security agreement that is ready in advance, so that the response can begin immediately when an incident occurs – without paperwork, approvals, and delays.

Teams system access and credentials are already stored in a secure vault - there is no delay in gaining access in case of a breach.

What to do if an attack is detected in the first 60 minutes - step-by-step checklist, who to contact, everything predefined.

Practice simulations are done every 3 months so that execution in real attack is fast and recovery is tested.

What’s Included

Retainer plans come in different tiers, but all have the same main focus: Clean and verified recovery, insurer-approved evidence. You can simply choose the SLA (response speed) and response credits according to our risk level.

  • First-hour remote containment: When an attack is detected, the remote team starts working immediately in the first hour.
  • Evidence binder: A documented record of every incident and recovery process is maintained.
  • Annual program review: A full security review is conducted once a year, in which improvement steps for the next 30, 60, and 90 days are defined.
